About the property:

The house actually has 2 room, living room and kitchen, bathroom and a big varanda but is has to be mencioned that the house is in need of renovation. The big advantage of this house is the location inside the Zona Orla Marítima (60m).
Obtain the licensce for renovation is a very easy process and will be realized in the local town hall.

The owner always tried to envelope the area in harmony with the nature. As you can see on the masterplan the condominium has got 2.2368m2 of vegetation protection area and a commom area of 6.331m2 rich of trees and the intention of building a private pier for the owners of the condominium as well as an elevator and maybe a swimming-pool, all of this for commom use, of course.
the localization of the future Ecological Condominium Tinharé has been choosen strategically, having one of the most quiet beach but still beeing near to the center of Morro de Sao Paulo (1.500m) as the central part of the town Gamboa 1.000m. As you can see, on the opposite side of the sea passes a road which has access for tractors which permits a material transport less expensive and exhausting as on 80% of the island.
